Tasks

• Independent and timely preparation, execution, and review of payroll for our employees in Germany, in compliance with all legal and company-specific regulations
• Point of contact for employees, managers, and external parties regarding payroll tax and social security matters
• Responsible for statutory reporting and certification processes, as well as communication with external authorities and institutions
• Maintenance and administration of employee master data, ensuring data quality
• Preparation of HR statistics and reports
• Support during internal and external audits (e.g., tax audits)
• Close collaboration with HR team colleagues and regular exchange with Finance and Controlling
• Participation in payroll-related projects
• Continuous development and optimization of internal processes

Skills

• Solid, multi-year experience in payroll and comprehensive knowledge of German tax, labor, and social security law
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent German skills and good English skills
• Structured, reliable, meticulous, and discreet working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
