We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to rapidly grow our market share in the system gastronomy sector in Switzerland. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and conquering new markets, this role is for you!
About The Role
As Sales Manager System Gastronomy, you will take ownership of driving growth in a highly competitive market. Your mission: win new customers, expand our footprint, and position NovaTaste as a leading partner for system gastronomy chains. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with Technical Support and Product Development to deliver tailored solutions that set us apart
Your Responsibilities
- Rapidly grow market share in system gastronomy in Switzerland
- Identify and acquire new customers with a hunter mindset
- Develop customized concepts in collaboration with internal teams
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to spot growth opportunities
- Create and execute strategic account plans
- Lead contract negotiations and secure framework agreements
- Represent NovaTaste at trade fairs, industry events, and customer workshops
- Participate in regular team meetings in Switzerland and Salzburg
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Food Technology or similar
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in system gastronomy or food service
- Strong affinity for food and a high interest in culinary trends
- Proven track record in new business development and market share growth
- Strong negotiation skills and customer orientation
- Data-driven decision-making approach
- Independent, structured working style with high willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Excellent German and English skills
- Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
