We are seeking to take on board a detail-oriented (junior) accounting professional with Accounty Payable experience, strong Excel/ERP skills, and basic knowledge of customs & Intrastat, who can also handle administrative tasks like meal vouchers and fleet management.
Tasks:
- Processing and posting daily supplier invoices and related activities
- Management of customs tariff classification for new products and raw materials activation, customs support in import and export operations
- Preparation and submission of Intrastat declarations for sales and purchases
- Review and control of employee expenses reports
- Support in monthly reporting, VAT settlement and related accounting entries
- Preparation of cash flow files for month-end closing
- Management and administration of employee meal vouchers (ticket restaurant)
- Monitoring and management of company cars (fuel usage, mileage tracking, allocation procedures for new vehicles)
Skills:
- Commercial or accounting-related educational background, preferable degree in Finance
- 1–3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, ideally gained within structured companies
- Experience in customs processes, Intrastat, or logistics administration is a strong plus
- Fluency in English
- Hands-on experience in accounts payable processes, and preferably some familiarity with ERP systmes (preferably SAP)
