Tasks

• Independent support of an assigned customer portfolio via phone (MS Teams) and email
• Handling customer inquiries through a system-supported ticketing system with AI assistance
• End-to-end order processing – from order entry to on-time delivery
• Preparation of quotations and price calculations using digital tools
• Entry and maintenance of customer projects, e.g. for new product introductions
• Creation and maintenance of master data (customer and product data)
• Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of customer agreements, including complaint management
• Organization and coordination of sales support activities
• Internal point of contact for the field sales team and central interface between internal departments
• Participation in cross-functional projects

Skills

• Completed commercial training and initial professional experience
• Excellent German skills and good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong customer orientation and a proactive, independent working style
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage
• Confident and friendly demeanor, as well as strong team spirit

The minimum gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement is €2,603.59. A significant overpayment based on your qualifications and experience is a matter of course for us.
