Event and Exhibition Assistant (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and organization of events such as seminars, workshops, trade fairs and in-house exhibitions, while independently managing selected tasks from preparation through to follow-up
  • Conduct research, obtain quotations, and support the selection of external service providers
  • Assist in the planning and management of major national and international trade fairs (e.g. IFFA, Alles für den Gast)


Your Profile

  • Completed business-related education (e.g. commercial college, apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification)
  • At least two years of professional experience in seminar, event, or trade fair organization; knowledge of event technology is an advantage
  • Willingness to continuously learn and further develop professionally
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and layout desirable (e.g. Adobe InDesign)
  • High level of resilience and the ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced situations
  • Excellent German skills and good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong organizational skills combined with a hands-on attitude, project focus, and a high level of service orientation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends within the DACH region (approx. 5-10% travel/activity requirement)

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 2,811.52 gross per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
