HR Operations Specialist - Time Management & Travel Expenses (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Responsibility for the administration and maintenance of time management systems (time tracking and absences)
• Reviewing, processing, and settling travel expenses in accordance with internal policies
• First point of contact for employees and managers regarding working hours, time tracking, and travel expenses
• Maintenance and continuous updating of digital personnel files
• Supporting the optimization of HR processes, particularly in the areas of time management and administration
• Administration of selected employee benefits (e.g. climate ticket, job bike leasing, etc.)

Skills

• Completed commercial education (e.g. business school, vocational training, apprenticeship)
• Initial experience in an HR administrative environment, ideally with time management or travel expense accounting – or strong motivation to develop in this area
• Very good German and good English skills
• Strong service and solution orientation with enthusiasm for working with employees
• Responsible and discreet handling of sensitive personal dataConfident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Team spirit, hands-on mentality, and high level of reliability
