Tasks

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT workstations and peripheral devices
• Setup and support of mobile devices such as laptops and smartphones
• IT end‑user support with a solution‑oriented and service‑focused approach
• Participation in exciting global IT infrastructure projects within the company
• Independent execution of technical tasks with a strong focus on efficiency and quality
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and overseeing our IT systems

Skills

• Completed IT-related education; initial practical experience (e.g., internships) is an advantage
• Good knowledge of working with Windows operating systems
• Ideally, basic knowledge of network technologies (switching, routing, LAN/WAN/WLAN)
• Strong team spirit, communication skills, and a service‑oriented attitude
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel occasionally

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 2.411,02 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
