Intern Human Resources (f/m/d) (6-8 months, full-time)

NovaTaste has over 2,400 employees and supplies food manufacturers, butchers and foodservice players across Europe, North America and Asia.

Tasks

• Supporting the HR Business Partners in day-to-day operations
• Contributing to various HR projects, e.g., revising informational materials or updating the career page
• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of internal HR content on the intranet
• Organizing and preparing HR events as well as external formats (e.g., job fairs)
• Taking on special topics depending on project needs and personal interests

Skills

• Ongoing studies in business, communications, psychology, or a related field
• Interest in HR, communications, and employer branding
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent German skills and good English skills
• Strong organizational abilities, team orientation, and a hands-on mindset

The salary for this internship is €1,600 gross per month based on full-time employment (38.5 hours).
