Tasks

• Supporting the HR Business Partners in day-to-day operational HR tasks
• Preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, and official confirmations
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding administrative HR matters
• Maintaining and updating our digital personnel files
• Contributing to HR projects as well as the development of processes and standards
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Managing and administering employee benefits (e.g., public transport pass, company bike program, English courses)
• Organizing onboarding sessions and supporting HR events
• Planning, preparing, and participating in job fairs

Skills

• Completed commercial education (e.g., HAK, HBLA, apprenticeship)
• Initial experience in HR or strong motivation to learn and grow in the field
• Excellent German and good English skills
• Structured, precise, and independent working style
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with people
• Discretion and a confidential approach to sensitive data
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Team spirit, hands-on mentality, and reliability

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 2.811,52 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
