Tasks
- Independent management of the entire purchasing process, from demand planning to on-time delivery
- Ensuring optimal supply for production through forward-looking planning and efficient scheduling
- Managing and optimizing inventory levels while balancing availability and working capital
- Coordinating international supply chains and ensuring reliable material availability for our sites
- Acting as a key interface between logistics, production, and suppliers
- Identifying deviations at an early stage and developing pragmatic, solution-oriented measures in demand planning and fulfillment
- Handling supplier complaints and resolving invoice discrepancies
Skills
- Completed commercial education or degree, combined with several years of experience in operational purchasing, planning/scheduling, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, and ideally experience with SAP
- Enjoy analyzing interrelations and actively improving processes
- Structured and independent way of working, with a focus on priorities and efficient time management
- Strong communication skills and team spirit – you bring people and solutions together
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, for internal and external collaboration

The minimum salary for this position is €2,811.52 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours). A significant overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience is of course offered.
