The People Operations Manager DACH(I) leads and continuously improves HR operational services across the DACH(I) region, ensuring reliable, compliant, and scalable people processes across the full employee lifecycle – from hiring to exit.
As part of the People Operations pillar, this role is responsible for delivering high‑quality HR services, including operational Talent Acquisition and employee lifecycle management, while enabling HR Business Partners to focus on strategic leadership and people advisory work.
Tasks
- Lead and continuously improve HR operations across DACH(I), including employee data administration, HRIS accuracy, hire‑to‑retire processes, payroll coordination, time & absence, travel expenses, and personnel documentation
- Manage and develop the regional People Operations team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary operational interface for employees, works councils, and external partners; serve as escalation point for complex operational matters
- Drive HR process standardization, digitalization, and optimization, including ownership of SuccessFactors usage, HR reporting, and automation initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with local labor law, data protection, and governance requirements; lead operational works council interactions and negotiations
- Own the operational Talent Acquisition setup, including SuccessFactors Recruiting, recruiting workflows, onboarding, and standardized offboarding processes
Skills
- Proven experience in HR Operations / People Operations in a multi‑country environment
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR operations in the DACH region
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS (ideally SuccessFactors) and process digitalization
- Experience at min. 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably with international teams
- Flexibilty to travel within DACHI up to 25%
- Strong service and execution mindset
- Fluent in German and English

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 4.034,60 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
