Senior HR Controller (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Build and establish HR Controlling across the NovaTaste Group
• Partner closely with HR and Finance to drive workforce transparency and performance management
• Provide financial and workforce insights to support strategic business decision-making
• Lead personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning processes
• Develop HR KPIs, executive dashboards, and management reporting
• Support organizational transformations, acquisitions, and value creation initiatives through data-driven analyses
• Continuously improve reporting, analytics, and data quality standards

Skills

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Significant experience in HR Controlling, FP&A, Workforce Planning, or Finance Business Partnering
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, personnel cost management, and analytics
• Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence skills (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors)
• Hands-on and analytical mindset, with the ability to build structures and processes from scratch
• Experience in a fast-paced, international, and ideally private equity-backed environment
• Fluent in English

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 3.748,13 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
