Tasks 

  • Ensuring compliance with quality-related requirements for supplier documents
  • Taking on the key-user role for the new supplier portal and being responsible for its maintenance and further development
  • Supporting the evaluation, selection, and development of suppliers in collaboration with Purchasing
  • Participation in the approval process for raw materials and suppliers
  • Supporting supplier audits (document review, preparation, on-site or remote participation)
  • Providing and updating quality-related documents for customer inquiries
  • Clarifying quality-related customer requirements with internal departments
  • Contributing to improvement initiatives and global quality and food safety projects
  • Supporting the maintenance and harmonization of global quality processes
  • Conducting data analyses on quality-related topics (e.g., trends, risks, KPIs) 

 

Skills 

  • Completed university, university of applied sciences, or higher technical education, ideally with a focus on food science
  • Professional experience in quality management – preferably in the food industry; an advantage
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong interest in contributing to digitalization projects

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 2.811,52 € per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
