We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Development Specialist to join our international HR team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and coordination of global initiatives that attract, develop, and retain talent while strengthening employee engagement across our organization.

This position plays an important role in supporting the strategic development and professionalization of our global talent management landscape.

 

Tasks

  • Talent Development: Support the design, coordination and continuous improvement of global development programs, including career paths, succession planning, learning initiatives, etc.
  • Supporting roll out of global and local programs for leadership, high potentials etc.
  • Retention and Engagement: Contribute to initiatives related to employee engagement, recognition, and career progression
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Support and advance the creation of a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.
  • KPI’s: Monitor and report on key talent related metrics

 

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet diverse deadlines
  • Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal) for working with a variety of internal stakeholders
  • Confident in using KPIs to assess the impact of talent and retention initiatives; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Creative and analytical approach to solving challenges related to employee development, engagement, and retention
  • High adaptability and ability to collaborate across different teams, cultures, and geographies
  • Experience in a private‑equity environment is an advantage

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 3.565,78 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
