Tasks

• National Commercial responsibility for the Sales department System Gastronomy
• Professional analysis and reporting to support the development of the sales department
• Identify needs and requirements in the food service (e.g., large canteens, catering, hospitals, corporate restaurants)
• Monitor market trends and competitors to continuously enhance the product portfolio
• Develop innovative, standardized food concepts
• Collaborate closely with product development and technical support to ensure product quality, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Manage development projects from idea to launch

Skills

• Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• Deep understanding of the food service market 
• Affinity for food and interest in culinary trends
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer requirements
• Strong customer orientation and sensitivity to market needs
• Analytical thinking and structured working approach
• Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation in developing new product ideas
• Strong communication skills and team spirit; Initiative, sense of responsibility, and execution strength
• Open to frequent travel
• Excellent German and English language skills, knowledge of French is considered beneficial
