Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d)

We are seeking to take on board a detail-oriented (junior) accountant with Accounts Payable experience, strong Excel/ERP skills and a sound knowledge of customs & Intrastat.

Tasks:

• Processing and posting daily supplier invoices and related activities
• Management of customs tariff classification for new products and raw materials activation, customs support in import and export operations
• Preparation and submission of Intrastat declarations for sales and purchases
• Review and control employee expenses reports
• Support in monthly reporting, VAT settlement and related accounting entries
• Preparation of cash flow files for month-end closing
• Administration of employee meal vouchers
• Monitoring and management of company cars (fuel usage, mileage tracking, allocation procedures for new vehicles)

Skills:

• Commercial or accounting-related educational background
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, ideally gained within structured companies
• Hands-on experience in accounts payable processes, familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Experience in customs processes, Intrastat, or logistics administration is a plus
• Strong command of Italian and English, both written and spoken
