Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d)

As a Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d), you will strengthen our team at Eppers in Saarbrücken. In this responsible position, you will support and advise our customers on our product portfolio with expertise and professionalism. Through your strong customer orientation, sales skills, and ability to build long-term business relationships, you will make a significant contribution to the sustainable growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of a product category, including the creation, administration, and provision of recipes, development of new product ideas (e.g., fruit dips, Solyanka), maintenance of product master data (BOS), and review/approval of printed materials.
• Coordination and assurance of internal processes (e.g., QA approvals, recipe reviews, and print checks), including cross-functional collaboration.
• Planning, organizing, and executing customer activities, including customer communication, concept development, brochures, internal and external customer visits, presentations, tastings, and product demonstrations.
• Organization and execution of trade fairs, conferences, seminars, internal events, and special projects, including planning, setup and dismantling, equipment coordination, and catering.
• Operational kitchen and hands-on activities, including food preparation, team meals, serving, tastings, kitchen cleaning, and preparing food for presentations and marketing materials.
• Administration of digital and visual content, including app maintenance, uploading recipes and images, troubleshooting, and the creation of product and production videos.
• Planning resources and workflows, including weekly scheduling of technical advisors, procurement of goods, and organization of equipment for events and seminars.
• Training internal employees and supporting new store openings and re-openings within the retail sector.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial, culinary/gastronomy, or butcher training (m/f/d).
• Experience in a comparable role within sales, food, events, retail operations, or coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured working style.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Hands-on mentality with a strong team spirit and flexibility.
• Good MS Office skills and basic English proficiency.
