Tasks
- Managing a designated customer portfolio via phone (Microsoft Teams) and email
- Handling customer inquiries through a system-supported ticketing platform with AI assistance
- Managing the complete order process, from order entry to on-time delivery
- Preparing quotations and price calculations using digital tools
- Recording and maintaining customer projects, for example during new product introductions
- Creating and maintaining master data (customer and product data)
- Preparing, implementing, and following up on customer agreements, as well as processing complaints
- Organizing and coordinating sales support activities
- Acting as the internal point of contact for the field sales team and serving as a key interface between internal departments
- Supporting cross-functional projects
Skills
- Completed commercial/business education and initial professional experience
- Excellent German language skills and good English communication skills, both written and spoke
- Strong customer focus with an independent and proactive way of working
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage
- Confident and professional demeanor, with strong teamwork skills and a friendly approach to communication and collaboration

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 2.699,98 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
