Group Finance Controlling Director (m/w/d)

As the Group Finance Controlling Director in our Private Equity owned company, you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and optimizing financial performance through rigorous analysis and strategic planning. You will oversee the financial operations of the organization, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and support growth initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial management, business analytics, and operational leadership within the private equity environment.

Tasks

• Responsibility for monthly reporting and forwarding of financial reports to the management, shareholders and senior management
• Identification of company-wide improvement and efficiency enhancement potentials 
• Implementation of cost management strategies to optimize cash flows and increase profitability
• Financial planning and forecasting as well as definition of KPIs for monitoring operational and financial performance
• Use of business intelligence methods and derivation of recommendations for action for management and stakeholders
• Preparing risk analyses and reports 
• Partnering with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives and investment decisions
• Building and developing a high-performing team and creating a collaborative, innovative and empowering work environment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or comparable degree; MBA or Master's degree is an advantage 
• Approximately 10 years of leadership experience in a similar role, ideally in a private equity owned company 
• Knowledge of financial modeling, data analysis and business intelligence tools 
• Profound understanding of operational processes, supply chain management and cost optimization strategies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills as well as strategic and results-oriented mindset 
• Ability to effectively influence and address diverse interests at all levels of the organization in a dynamic, rapidly changing private equity environment

The minimum salary for this position is € 8.571,43 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours). A significant overpayment in line with your qualifications and experience is a matter of course for us.
