Head of Human Resources Business Partner Europe (f/m/d)

Tasks

  • Lead and develop the Europe HR Business Partner (HRBP) team
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and advisory support to leaders, with a focus on senior and middle management
  • Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Drive organizational and change management initiatives in a dynamic, growth-oriented, private equity-backed environment
  • Manage talent management, performance management, succession planning, and budgeting processes (annual HR cycle) across the Europe region
  • Analyze HR metrics and derive actionable insights and improvement measures 
  • Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Expertise, the HR Operations Europe team, and the Executive Committee
  • Foster a positive organizational culture and strengthen employee engagement and retention 
  • Lead and contribute to regional and global HR projects

Skills

  • University degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within an international environment with complex organizational structures; people leadership experience is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of business processes and organizational development
  • Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and leadership development programs
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, particularly Austrian and German labor law; knowledge of other European jurisdictions is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation capabilities in both languages

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 3.930,48 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
