Intern - General HR Support (m/f/d)

Are you ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Global HR team in Salzburg. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in various Global HR/internal communication functions, contributing to projects and day-to-day operations. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR and internal communications, take on meaningful responsibilities, and grow alongside an experienced team.

 

  • Location: Salzburg (hybrid possible)
  • Start Date: asap
  • Duration: 6-9 months
  • Hours: Minimum 30 hours/week
  • Salary: €1,600 per month (on a full-time basis)

 

Tasks

  • Provide essential, administrativesupport to the global HR team in daily tasks and operations
  • Participate in the development and execution of global HR initiatives and exciting projects
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives.
  • Support in global communication topics (focus English) and act as a central point of contact for the team
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare documents for decision making, workshops and the like (such as Powerpoint slides and Excel files)
  • Work closely with local HR eam members to ensure seamless HR processes

 

Skills

  • Initial work experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, German is a plus.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with MS Visio is a plus.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a desire to learn.
