Technical Support - Central Europe

Tasks

  • Technical consulting and support of our industrial customers in solving application‑related challenges as well as during the introduction of new products
  • Production‑technology support of ongoing customer projects
  • Close cooperation with Sales as a technical sparring partner
  • Development and optimization of application recipes for our products
  • Planning, organization and execution of customer workshops and trade fairs in cooperation with Sales and Product Management
  • Performing tests as well as sample and pilot productions in our application technology center
  • Transfer of product know‑how and application expertise to other sales areas/markets (know‑how transfer, cross‑selling)

Skills

  • Completed vocational training as a master butcher (f/m/d) or a degree in food technology with a focus on meat technology
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the meat processing industry
  • Very good theoretical and practical expertise in meat products as well as in the application of flavors and functional ingredients
  • Confident and personable appearance with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • High willingness to travel within Central Europe, particularly within the DACH region (approx. 60%)
  • Knowledge of food law, microbiology, and sausage casings
  • Strong IT skills

The minimum salary for this position is 2.953,06 gross per month based on full‑time employment (38.5 hours/week). A significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience is a matter of course for us.
